We service the Toronto area. Our clients stretch from Highway 427 in the west, Scarborough in the east, Highway 407 in the north and Lake Ontario in the south. Watch out for additional service areas in the future!


We provide in home cooking & meal preparation, as well as laundry and errand running services


I am fully aware that engaging reFRESH to provide services carries with it certain inherent risks related to the transmission of communicable diseases (such as influenza, coronavirus and MRSA) (“Inherent Risks”) that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks. Inherent Risks may include, but are not limited to, (1) the risk of coming into close contact with individuals or objects that may be carrying communicable diseases; (2) the risk of transmitting or contracting communicable diseases, directly or indirectly, to or from other individuals; and (3) injuries and complications ranging in severity from minor to catastrophic, including death, resulting directly or indirectly from communicable diseases or the treatment thereof. Further, I understand that the risks of certain communicable diseases are not fully understood, and that contact with, or transmission of, communicable diseases may result in risks including but not limited to loss, personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expense, the exact nature of which are not currently ascertainable, and all of which are to be considered Inherent Risks. I hereby voluntarily accept and assume all risk of loss, personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expense arising from such Inherent Risks. Furthermore, I represent and warrant that I do not suffer from any medical condition or disease that might in any way hinder or prevent me from receiving the services, including, to my knowledge, a communicable disease, including COVID-19.



We know that the language may be confusing so here is a handy guide for our services:

  • reFRESHer™ – Spritzer + housekeeping services (including limited on site laundry)
  • Whole Lemon™ – reFRESHer + appliance & cabinet insides
  • Turnover™ – Spritzer + enhanced cleaning + appliance and cabinet insides
  • Concierge – laundry, meal preparation & cooking, errand running, deliveries and so much more



We know that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel a confirmed booking. If you need to cancel, please send us an email as soon as possible (and at least 24-hours) before your confirmed booking. There is a $50 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or if we are unable to access your property for reasons outside of our control.



For cleaning & housekeeping services, if you think of something that you would like us to do or there is a particular area that you would like us to prioritize, we would be happy to make that happen. At least 24 hours before your booking, please log in and add a note on your booking or send us an email. Otherwise, you can leave us a note in your home.



Tips are always a welcome gesture. You can add a tip to your booking or you can leave a cash or personal cheque tip in a visible place at your property for your service provider(s).
